Meet the Owners: Damian & Robert Keathley

Robert’s roofing journey began at just 14 years old, over 30 years ago. He started at the bottom, working as ground labor and learning the trade from the ground up. Through years of dedication, countless hours in the field, and a commitment to mastering every aspect of the job, he worked his way up from ground labor to shingler and eventually to business owner. He didn’t learn roofing from behind a desk. He learned it on the job, through hands-on experience, hard work, and decades of perfecting his craft. Today, Robert brings more than 30 years of real-world roofing knowledge to every project, understanding what it takes to build a roof correctly, identify potential problems, and deliver quality that stands the test of time.

For Damian, roofing has been part of life for as long as he can remember. Growing up alongside his father in the roofing industry, he learned early on that a job is only as good as the people doing it. He has watched firsthand what it takes to build a successful company—from the long days and demanding work to the attention to detail and customer relationships that make a business last. That experience has helped shape his own approach to the industry, carrying forward the same commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction that his father spent decades building.
