What is the cost of roof repair or replacement?
Roof cost depends on roof size, pitch, the material selected, and the condition of the decking underneath. BrightView Construction gives every homeowner a free written, line-item estimate — including any re-decking — before work is agreed, so the price does not change mid-job.
The biggest cost variables are square footage of roofing, roof pitch and number of layers to tear off, material grade, and how much of the decking needs replacement once the old roof is removed. That last item cannot be known until tear-off, so we separate it in the estimate.
